As an Emergency Response Coordinator (ERC) at Paul Davis Restoration, you won’t just be selling services—you’ll be guiding homeowners and business owners through one of the toughest times in their lives, restoring their properties and peace of mind after a fire. With every sale, you’re not only helping them rebuild but also earning a strong base salary plus uncapped commission, where your success directly impacts your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with local fire departments and regional associations to expand your network.
Be a first responder, providing crucial knowledge and support to property owners during fire emergencies.
This position requires availability for 24/7 on-call, as emergencies can occur at any time. We believe in maintaining a balance—work hard during critical moments and enjoy the rewards of your dedication.
Drive sales and achieve metrics—your efforts will be directly reflected in your earnings with uncapped commission potential.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the construction or restoration industry.
A strong hunter mentality—you're motivated by closing deals and hitting targets.
A desire to make a positive impact on your community by helping property owners rebuild and recover.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
