Part-time HHA, Caregiver, CNA opening for a new client in La Jolla !!!
We have an exciting new opportunity to work with a new elderly client in La Jolla. Client is a female, 97 years of age, and requires companionship, assistance in feeding, and basic assistance in the shower, drying, and grooming/dressing. Her mind is very agile, as is her physical energy level, so be prepared for stimulating conversations and exercise ! Work is part-time, 4 hours per day, 7 days a week, so would ideally suit someone wishing to work part-time or supplement their existing income with another client. Could also split the work between 2 Caregivers to suit their availability.
To be considered, applicants must have the following:
- At least six months experience as an HHA or CNA in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
- Current CA State registration as a Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Proof of current TB testing,
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- MUST possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile
