Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients in the community to promote State Farm’s wide range of products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Address inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
- Sales and Marketing: Work collaboratively with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Community Engagement: Support and participate in local community events to enhance our market presence.
- Commitment to Success: Maintain a strong work ethic with a relentless commitment to achieving success every day.
