ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Experience Specialist with Raymond Scott - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in shaping exceptional client experiences that drive the success of our insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries with a focus on providing thorough and accurate policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
- Manage insurance claims processing and diligently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions to enhance service efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities; you can juggle priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.
- Resilience and adaptability when facing difficult conversations or client concerns.
- Agent: General Lines - Property and Casualty License
- Agent - General Line - Life, Accident, Health & HMO License
