The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification
- CPR/AED Certification
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Preferred: Personal training experience
Responsibilities
- Crunch trainers put the FUN in Functional Fitness! Coach your clients through high energy, scientifically sound, custom workouts!
- Design your own progressive workout programs to specifically suit the needs of your clientele. Utilize the many resources available to you like, MyPTHub, and Dotfit to keep your programs organized and professional.
- Track your client’s progress and measure their results as you lead them towards goals they never thought possible.
- Assist your management team with health and fitness seminars and club wide events
- Spread the fitness love as you engage with members to book and service Kick Off appointments.
The Location
SIR Fitness is based in Orange County, California and our six franchise locations include Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch San Clemente and Crunch Vista. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
