- Invoicing Excellence: Craft and dispatch accurate invoices promptly, ensuring all essential details are covered, fostering timely payments.
- Customer Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and clarifying billing matters promptly and professionally.
- Meticulous Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records of transactions and payments, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Construction Insight: Leverage your construction industry knowledge to navigate complexities and streamline billing processes effectively.
- Generate and Dispatch Invoices: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collaborating with Project Managers and Estimators to plan billings and facilitate collections.
- Receive and Apply Payments: Handle payments received via various methods, maintaining meticulous reconciliation of accounts.
- Build and Maintain Positive Relationships: Provide assistance to customers, insurance adjusters, and mortgage companies regarding billing inquiries and payment processes.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact accounts receivable operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3+ Years of Accounts Receivable Experience
- Background in Construction or Insurance Industry Preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-Oriented with Strong Organizational Skills
- Self-Motivated and Service-Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
