Roles & Responsibilities:
As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the office assistant handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to:
As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the office assistant handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to:
- Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours
- Respond to any voicemails and messages from the answering service (if applicable)
- Respond to inbound email correspondence, and forward on as appropriate
- Greet customers and all other walk-ins
- Screen incoming leads/potential customers
- Schedule estimate appointments
- Assist Estimators with follow-upson pending sales/ quotes by phone and email
- Keeping office clean/tidy
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- All candidates must be able to pass initial background check and drug test
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)
- Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
