Responsibilities

      
  • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. 
  • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management. 
  • Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up  with clients to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Building clientele via telephone prospecting, leads,  referrals, and networking. 
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding

Requirements

 
  • Property & Casualty License Required. (Willing to obtain)
  • Self starter who is goal oriented and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
