Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and leading our team in delivering evidence-based treatment approaches to patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditions. There is room for growth at FlexPlus Physical Therapy with the opportunity to advance to Clinical Director within 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education, to optimize functional outcomes and promote overall wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physical therapy assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and accurately document treatment interventions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for staff members, providing guidance, support, and ongoing education to promote professional development and clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current MA state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Schedule:
