Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Glendora, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Kyle Cline - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in marketing
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be available to work the following schedule: M-Th 9:00 to 5:30 and F 9:00 to 5:00

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
