PRAXIS S-10 is a success college for contractors. We create the world's most successful business owners by teaching them the business skills they didn't learn at trade school.

You will be working directly under their direct guidance and leadership, assisting clients implement the 10-step proven success formula outlined in the PRAXIS S-10 Chronicles. (Proprietary Operational Procedures) Not only will you be contributing to the overall success of the company, but you will gain a wealth of knowledge to enhance your own success!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for helping our clients (Business Owners) achieve success.
- Ability to analyze clients current business practices and identify areas of needed improvement.
- Recognize the appropriate PRAXIS S-10 solution that will enhance the clients success.
- Regularly communicate with members to keep them engaged and excited.
- Identify needed training that would enhance clients success.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master's or equivalent experience.
- Three years experience in a client support role.
- Experience working with business owners.
- Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades is plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Must be proficient with standard PC based programs (MS Office)
- Must be a self-motivated, self-starting, personable individual.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized.
