Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to service our commercial lines clients. This individual will be responsible for reviewing existing customer accounts. remarketing, reviewing coverages and conducting renewal reviews.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to service our commercial lines clients. This individual will be responsible for reviewing existing customer accounts. remarketing, reviewing coverages and conducting renewal reviews.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong client relationships to maintain agency retention and client loyalty
- Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding existing insurance policies
- Review existing policies, coverage limits, identify gaps in coverage, evaluate replacement costs, process policy changes, etc.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system
Qualifications
- Hold a North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Minimum of two years commercial lines insurance experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures, and coverages
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
Compensation: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
