I’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 2006, after spending 15 years in the music industry as a record label executive. I graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills, have been married for 30 years, and am the proud parent of two grown kids — a 23-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter. As a 30-year resident of Culver City, this community means a lot to me, and I’ve spent many years giving back through leadership and volunteer work. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, been a Director on the Culver City Education Foundation, sponsored and participated in the Culver City Car Show, and supported countless local school and charity events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Church - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensación: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
