Duties and Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional member and guest service throughout the Club
-Stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes
-Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant
-Put away requisition each day
-Perform all side work as assigned
-Keep the bar, and restaurant clean, safe, and presentable at all times while always providing friendly and attentive service
-Prepare and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the Club’s service standards
-Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus
-Take, ring through POS, and serve food orders, to-go orders, and specialty orders
-Make food and beverage recommendations to members and guests
-Own every member request
-Any other duties assigned by the F&B management team, Clubhouse manager, or GM
 
Qualifications:
-Must be 21 years of age or older
-Must have upbeat, outgoing positive attitude
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work affectively with a team
-Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
-Must have previous bartending experience
-Experience in private clubs is a plus
-Must be available to work nights, weekends, Club events, and most Holidays
-Must be BASSET certified
-Must be Food Handler Certified
-Must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of Members and guests in a fast paced environment
-Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50lbs.
-Must have wine, spirits, and mixology knowledge.
 
Pay:
Pay will range from $22 - $24 depending on experience level
