US Drug Test Centers is a nationwide drug testing company with our Corporate Headquarters located in Henderson, Nevada. We have experienced exponential growth and currently have accounts in all 50 states – we have much to accomplish and need your help to make it happen!

We are looking for exceptional individuals with high energy and outstanding customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

Job Description: The Customer Support Representative will manage and assist individuals and companies accounts nationwide, specially focusing on random drug testing programs, Department of Transportation programs, on-boarding and client follow up, and more! This position requires an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by US Drug Test Centers, including knowledge of Federal DOT Drug Testing, Non DOT Drug Testing, and drug-free workplace programs as well. However, we know not everyone is familiar with our industry so we provide hands-on training and all of the resources that you need to be successful!

This position plays an essential role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. 

Skills/Requirements:
  • Manage high call volume
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Be a team player
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Be detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills: patience, humor and the willingness to help at all times
  • Be willing to overcome objections
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone as well as other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience
  • Be able to utilize different computer programs simultaneously to obtain, verify and accurately enter customer information in order to process orders
