9Round Fitness Instructor

A 9Round instructor has the unique opportunity to work in a field that is geared towards bettering lives - though that in itself isn't unique, the 9Round program, family-like feel, and fun kickboxing aspect make it a stand-alone role. Not only does the instructor get to improve the lives of others, but their own life as well! You will work closely with the owner, who works hard to maintain a safe, healthy, carefree (but committed), working environment. If you think you have what it takes to be a 9Round trainer and part of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the nation, then, this position is for you. No kickboxing experience needed. Full training provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred.

The duties of a 9Round Instructor are to "Train and Clean."

TRAINING

The personal attention provided during a 9Round workout requires high energy.
Training involves explaining and demonstrating exercises in a manner that provides the best workout each and every time, while motivating the members to reach their goals.

CLEANING

To attract and keep members, the gym must be clean at all times.
Trainers will follow a scheduled cleaning program to ensure members are always working out in a clean environment.

Physically fit and committed to living a healthy lifestyle.
Experience with sales is a plus.

COMPENSATION & HOURS

Hourly pay rate.
Referral rewards.

Raise every 6 months based on personal performance.
Hours/week are dependent upon the availability of the applicant and open shifts.

Compensation: $11.00 per hour
