Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Keene, NH is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Craig Vickers- State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phones and delegate to licensed team members.
- Greet in-person customers and assist them in setting appointments, paying bills, or speaking with a licensed team member.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs.
- Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
- Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- You must be comfortable answering multiple phone calls every day. Our office averages 40-60 calls per day.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
