About the Role

We’re a locally owned and growing home organization company, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Installation Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where 50% of your time will be spent preparing job materials and ensuring every project is set up for success. The other half of your role will be assisting lead installers on custom closet, garage, and office projects in our clients’ homes.

What You’ll Do

·       Prepare and organize job materials with accuracy and attention to detail (50% of your role).

·       Assist lead installers with custom installations in closets, garages, and offices.

·       Deliver excellent craftsmanship and superior customer service on every project.

What We’re Looking For

·       Positive, hardworking, and dependable attitude.

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·       Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

·       Installation or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required.
