- Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair calls across residential and commercial accounts
- Diagnose and repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, chlorinators, automated systems, pool cleaners, lights, timers, and blowers
- Work with 110V and 220V electrical equipment and PVC, copper, and galvanized plumbing
- Manage your truck inventory — stocking, tracking, and replenishing parts as needed
- Log service records and manage your schedule through our mobile platform
- Spot upsell and upgrade opportunities that add real value to the customer experience
- Bonus: Renovation experience (replaster, PebbleTech®, tile, decking, pavers) is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Florida CPC license (if currently licensed — not required to apply)
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
- High integrity, strong accountability, and a genuine passion for customer service
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
