  Skills you will need:
  • 7+ years of Construction/Restoration/Remodeling Experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience (including performance review, career growth, and mentorship)
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous project management experience mandatory
