Seeking a full time Office Administrator to assist in the operation of the school in accordance with Primrose School policies and procedures and state licensing standards. Help provide a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
- A degree in early childhood or a related field or a CDA with at least three years’ experience in a preschool environment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide superior customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
