What You’ll Do

As a key member of our contents team, you’ll help customers recover their personal belongings and navigate stressful situations. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to emergency losses such as fire, water, mold, or other events
  • Performing initial damage inspections and outlining the work needed
  • Writing clear and detailed work orders for contents technicians
  • Cleaning, processing, and handling contents and structural items
  • Identifying damaged items and determining appropriate next steps
  • Sorting, gathering, and packing affected contents
  • Communicating proactively with managers and team leaders
  • Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours or weekend emergencies
  • Operating company vehicles, trailers, and equipment

Preferred Experience

  • Restoration, mitigation, or home improvement experience
  • Inventory, cleaning, or contents handling
  • Customer service
  • IICRC Certifications preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
