Applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO).  Ultimately the bookkeepers’ responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
 
 Responsibilities to Include:
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
  • Process accounts receivable & payables including invoicing, deposits, and collections
  • Prepare payroll functions in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit card transactions
  • Job Costing
Skills Preferred:
  • Proficient in QuickBooks online
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in English and in MS Office applications
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting, payable and receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised
