What You Would Be Doing on a Daily Basis:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day not just for self but for the total team.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive in problem solving and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain); Life Insurance License is a plus

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
