SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro & Stockton is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our San Leandro location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Answer phones.
·         Maintain log of all calls.
·         Provide excellent customer service.
·         Send out emails and written correspondence.
·         Meet crucial deadlines.
·         Complete internal job file quality reviews.
·         Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
·         Assist Estimators with estimates and billing invoices.
·         Assist with crew and job scheduling.
·         Assist other departments, as needed.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
·         2+ years of administrative or office related experience.
·         Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
·         Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
·         Experience in service industry environment a plus.
·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
·         Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills as well as listening and questioning skills.
·         Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
·         Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
·         Self-motivated and goal oriented.
·         Ability to multi-task.
·         Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment.
·         Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
·         Ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary software.
·         Minimum high school diploma or GED.
·         Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
 
HOURS
·         40 hours/week.  Hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm. 
·         Must be flexible to work overtime when required.
 
PAY RATE
Competitive pay based on experience.
