Position: Restoration Technician

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Power Tool use and knowledge
- Proficient in using technology
- Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with 4 years of driving history - Must have a clean driving record
- Clean background check - NO FELONY CRIMINAL HISTORY!! IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU, DO NOT APPLY!
Preferred Qualifications:
- DOT or CDL license
- IICRC Certifications (WTR, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, etc.)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and skillfully follow work orders given by Lead Technician
- Provide photo documentation of work performed
- Assemble and disassemble equipment, document and report equipment outputs
- Assist water damage restoration: Extraction, drying, demolition and contents manipulation
- Assist mold remediation: Treatment, demolition, equipment set-up, and containment
- Assist fire/smoke remediation: Structural cleaning, content manipulation, demolition
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service losses (this includes after-hours, weekends and holidays)
- Provide exceptional customer service and work as a team
- Other duties assigned
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- On-call Rotation
- Weekend Availability
