Position: Restoration Technician

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Power Tool use and knowledge
Proficient in using technology
Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to work in confined spaces
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with 4 years of driving history - Must have a clean driving record
Clean background check - NO FELONY CRIMINAL HISTORY!! IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU, DO NOT APPLY!

Preferred Qualifications:

DOT or CDL license
IICRC Certifications (WTR, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, etc.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

Efficiently and skillfully follow work orders given by Lead Technician
Provide photo documentation of work performed
Assemble and disassemble equipment, document and report equipment outputs
Assist water damage restoration: Extraction, drying, demolition and contents manipulation
Assist mold remediation: Treatment, demolition, equipment set-up, and containment
Assist fire/smoke remediation: Structural cleaning, content manipulation, demolition
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service losses (this includes after-hours, weekends and holidays)
Provide exceptional customer service and work as a team
Other duties assigned

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
