Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for helping maintain excellent customer service, organization, maintaining and filing job files, scheduling, and answering phones. Other duties may be Assigned:
  • Assisting Project Managers 
  • Follow up calls to Homeowners
  • Maintaining time sheets and inputting times into specific job files
  • Inputting job data 
  • Organization of files and job information
  • Ability to create and manage a daily schedule
  • Communication with customers about ongoing jobs
  • Communications with our crew
  • Cleaning of common space areas including kitchen, offices, bathroom and conference room
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Fantastic communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
  • Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
  • Contribute to the overall team effort
  • Dependable
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
