This position is managing a crew to accomplish jobs from start to finish; interact with customers, document jobs and effectively lead a crew of up to 12 people. Some restoration experience required.

Qualifications:

· Must have strong work-ethic and good social skills.

· Must exemplify our values of respect (for each other and our customers), friendliness and getting the job done right.

· We provide emergency services so the ability to respond quickly and have reliable transportation is required. Position is based in Hicksville.

· Restoration experience is preferred but not required.

· Good communication skills are important

· Must be willing & able to do physical work; heavy lifting of 50+ pounds; bending; access and mobility in tight spaces and cleaning.

· Must show proof that you are able to work legally in the United States

· Must have valid driver's license and pass background check

· Flexible schedule. Will perform emergency services after hours. Weekend, evening hours required.
