What does a Mitigation Project Manager with Paul Davis do?
The Mitigation Project Manager oversees the successful mitigation of various types of loss. They are first on site to meet the client and complete a thorough scope of work that can be clearly articulated and uploaded to meet compliance standards. They direct teams of Lead Technicians and Technicians to ensure that work is completed in a timely and professional manner while managing the process from the beginning and through efficient completion.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate and that our estimating team has what they need to write the estimates
- Display extraordinary customer service and communication skills with our clients while respectfully entering their homes or businesses in their time of need
- Demonstrate leadership in company meetings
- Participate in the rotating ON-CALL schedule (includes some nights/weekends)
- Show initiative and willingness to complete all projects in a timely manner with sense of urgency (fully utilizing all technology, equipment, collecting the COC at completion, assisting with AR, attention to detail/notes)
- Act as a mentor to Lead Technicians/Technicians in training, offering guidance and support

Qualifications:
- Focused on service first with a drive to advance their career and potential with Paul Davis of Greater Denver
- Must have alignment with our Core Values of being Respectful, Resourceful, Committed and Fun
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record (recent 3 years)
- Competence and experience with modern restoration technology (includes knowledge of systems, equipment, meters, DASH, RMS, MICA etc.)
- Experience: at least 1 year as a Mitigation Project Manager or 2 years as a Lead Technician
- IICRC certified (Water Restoration Technician)
- Focused on service first with a desire and drive to advance their career and potential with Paul Davis of Greater Denver
- Knowledgeable and articulate while answering questions throughout the process from the team, customers and carriers.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
