Our ideal candidate has: 
  • Must have experience in a childcare setting
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirements
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to others
  • Solution and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Coachable and able to coach
  • Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Setting up training for new employees
  • Reviewing and following up for completion of employee and children's files
  • Ensures teacher training requirements are up-to-date; maintains staff files
  • Creating weekly staff schedules and break schedules
  • Maintaining inventory, ordering and stocking school supplies which includes art supplies, food and stationery
  • Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
  • Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Randolph Employee Handbook
  • Ability to lift 35lbs
  • Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary
  • Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school
