The ideal candidate for the AM position should have 1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role, and should be responsible, highly organized, and confident. At Hand & Stone, our goal is for the entire team to provide a world-class guest experience, and the Assistant Manager supports the Spa Manager and the staff in delivering incredible service.

The primary qualifications and requirements for the AM role are a combination of administrative and sales focused tasks and include:

A passion for people, high enthusiasm, & a positive attitude
Enjoys working on a team
Open to ongoing education opportunities & training
Proficiency with technology and point of sale systems is required. Extensive training provided to gain proficiency on the H&S system
Experience training other staff members is preferred, but not required
Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, facial services and products, along with the spa Lifestyle Program
Assist with and/or oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, including days, evenings & weekends

Compensation Package: Full Time, hourly plus performance-based commission package
