Who this is for
- Recent graduates of a licensed cosmetology school
- Stylists who hold a Florida cosmetology license or are in the process of getting one
- Brand-new graduates, or anyone who wants to elevate their education before building their own clientele
- People with a flexible schedule, since apprentice schedules change week to week
- People willing to travel between all 4 of our locations across the Tampa area
- Self-motivated, coachable team players who are excited to grow
Who this isn't for
- Anyone without cosmetology school education
- Current cosmetology students (ask us about our Pre-Apprenticeship Program instead!)

Education is our foundation
Our award-winning apprenticeship gives you in-depth, hands-on training every week:
- Weekly apprenticeship classes (Graduate Program): Small-group classroom education with specialized instructors, including hands-on practice on live models
- Weekly Master Program: 2 hours of training alongside our whole team, the same education that keeps our top stylists at the top
- Work side by side with some of the industry's top stylists in the salon
- Ongoing education with industry partners such as R+Co, Paul Mitchell and Easihair Pro

To apply, you must have graduated from a board-approved Florida cosmetology school and hold, or be actively pursuing, your Florida cosmetology license. Our apprenticeship builds on that foundation and does not replace state licensing requirements.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
