POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a full-time sales associate to do on-site estimating and sales for our residential customers and then work with the rest of the team to bring the jobs to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Meet (on site and remotely) with prospective customers to determine their painting needs.
· Prepare and present a detailed written estimate that focuses on each customer’s individual needs.
· Close the sale.
· Collaborate with the rest of the CertaPro team to ensure that the work is completed satisfactorily.
· Participate in ongoing training to improve skill and efficiency.
· Support CertaPro marketing and business development initiatives.
· Be accountable to the manager for meeting weekly, monthly and annual goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior experience doing in-home sales within the construction or home improvement industry.
· Unrestricted drivers license with clean driving record.
· Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
· Good computer skills.
· Good math/estimating skills.
· Meticulous and detail-oriented.
· Highly personable with strong organizational, time management and people skills
· Able to build strong relationships with clients and the CPP team.
· Results oriented – able to set, meet and exceed goals.
· Available to work full time with occasional evenings and weekends.
