Customer satisfaction is what keeps our company going! Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer calls
  • Respond to all emails daily
  • Respond to social media messages on all platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and achieve excellent customer satisfaction
·        This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
 
Physical Requirements:


 Usual and customary requirements of administrative personnel as part of an office environment. Alternate sitting and standing as tolerated. Use of a keyboard, mouse, headset, phone, viewing of monitors on a consistent basis.
