Some of the responsibilities for our Area Facility Maintenance Technician include (but are not limited to) :

Painting, Minor Flooring/Tile repair, Minor Drywall, Other misc. Repairs, Some Heavy Lifting Required

Candidate must:

Perform all duties assigned by the supervision and follow instructions to ensure safety
Prepare and carry materials, tools, and supplies from trucks to the job site so they are ready for the day
Complete projects as assigned and assist the supervisor in handyman projects
Clean up the job site at the end of the day, ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night.
Be Reliable, Punctual, Dependable, Respectful with advanced organizational skills
Have a Strong Work Ethic and Rigorous Attention to Detail
Have an Aptitude for Problem-Solving
Ability to work with Hardware Tools and in all weather conditions
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team and possess a willingness to learn
Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision

Qualifications for our Area Facility Maintenance Technician:

Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Market travel required

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
