We are a busy family owned and operated glass shop serving North County Coastal looking for another estimator to expand our team. We have an excellent reputation and want a person with a professional attitude who can contribute positively to our brand.

The Estimator position is the primary sales position in the company. Estimators are charged with delivering an accurate, high quality customer experience in the home and showroom. Knowledge of the glazing industry and the ability to measure with precision are required. Duties include, but are not limited to: effective and professional interaction and communication with customers and staff, creating accurate and thorough quotes promptly, following up on pending quotes, remaining up-to-date on pricing, materials, availability and feasibility of products and materials.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

3+ years residential glass experience (can be in estimating, fabricating, ordering, installing and/or shop/project management)
In-home sales or installation experience preferred
HS Diploma or equivalent
All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA, have a clean driving record, and pass initial background check and drug test.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Measuring using standard units (inches and fractions)
Basic computer and software skills including typing on a desktop or laptop computer
The ability to learn our software system
Hardworking, motivated, with good organizational and time-management skills
Mannerly comportment

*Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
