Responsibilities
- Overall supervision and daily class functions of children in the Preschool/Pre-K classroom
- Observes all rules and regulations at The Primrose School of East Brunswick and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
- Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and prepare them for Pre-K/Kindergarten
- Implement STEAM, Creative Arts from the Balanced Learning Curriculum on a daily basis.
- Implements the approved lesson plans and follow daily classroom schedule
Requirements
- Positive Attitude, Caring and Cheerful Personality
- Responsible, Reliable & Willingness to Work
- Childcare experience preferred teaching with ages 3 and up
- Degree or Certification in Education or related fields is preferred but not required
- 8:30-5:30 or 9:00-6:00 shifts available; dependent on availability
- $16-$18 per hour (based on experience and education)
