JOB REQUIREMENTS

You Must Have:

· One year of experience within the past two years of direct client care experience at a facility, hospital or home health agency UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A NURSE or have an active CNA certificate.

· Driver’s license

· Proof of auto insurance

· Original Social Security card or INS authorization to work in the United States

· Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday every week

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test

· Reliable transportation to and from work – your own car
