State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a personable go getter, with exceptional relationship building skills to fill an insurance generalist role which involves marketing/sales/customer service/retention for a State Farm Agent's office. Job Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building with insurance prospects and existing customers.
- Foster strong relationships with our insurance customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Provide outstanding insurance customer service from start to end
- Answers calls from customers and helps solve insurance concerns or problems
- Conducts needs-based insurance customer policy reviews to address gaps in insurance coverage, then make recommendations to update coverage, plus cross sell other insurance lines to address needs.
- Prospect and develop new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources to quote and sell State Farm Insurance products.
- Completes new business process and onboarding task
Job Requirements

- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Insurance agency preferred in Home, Auto, Business, Life or Health Insurance
- Currently possess property & casualty and life / health insurance license or willing to get licensed asap
- Bilingual Spanish, Vietnames, Chinese or other languages is a plus

- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
