Qualifications
- English (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Caregiver or DSP experience (Required)
- Bathing assistance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care for all clients
- Experience in the health care field (Preferred)
- Experience as a supervisor for people who have physical and mental disabilities (Preferred)
- Must have on hire and maintain CPR and First Aid certification (Required)
- Must be computer literate (Required)
- Must possess effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team of personnel with a variety of backgrounds and educational experiences (Required)
- Must possess good time management, problem-solving, and work ethic skills (Required)

This position advocates for the associate experience. This position also works on the process of setting appointments, meeting with new and existing employees, and overseeing the overall onboarding experience. This position assists new associates with the employment process and assesses candidate strengths and skills to facilitate a great match for the assignment and team.
