Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
- Create a fun and safe environment for kids
- Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
- Handle assigned administrative activities
- Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
- Enforce facility rules and regulations
- Maintain a cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Child care experience preferred
- Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and First Aid, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire (check www.training.npr.org for low cost courses!)
- Patience in dealing with children and customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and Friendly
