Responsibilities:
- Make and receive phone calls to/from past due accounts
- Develop positive relationships with customer base
- Problem solve with customers to help them bring their accounts to current status
- Make sure that all compliance policies and collection laws are adhered to.
- Help monitor other collector's activity to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed
- Keep customer's account information up to date
- Verify new loan packages for accuracy prior to funding
- General administrative
- Meet monthly department collection and delinquency goals
