Project Manager Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
- Advance planning of the installation schedule, including communication to the customer, installation team, and sub-contract partners.
- Coordinates timely delivery of cabinets and other products
- Measuring and ordering for each customer job
- Reviews installation details and coordinates job dates and requirements with installers, contractors, etc.
- Arranges for delivery of cabinet and other products to the job site and coordinates that with the customers.
- Coordinates final countertop dimensions with the fabricator.
- Inspects the completion of all jobs and forwards information regarding repairs or touch up to the service room.
- Meets with the customer after the installation is complete to get customer comments and offer a “Thank You”.
- Reviews and verifies all customers’ payments by job on remodel and new construction.
- Supervises the smooth and efficient operation of office procedures and installation team.
- Works cross functionally with internal teams of sales, design, purchasing, warehouse, and installation
- Based on customer job requirements, may need to assist installation team on-site occasionally
- Participates jointly with General Manger to conduct regular operations meetings involving:
- Potential or existing problem
- Implementation of new programs or procedures
- Procedural questions or issues
- Recognition of good work performance
- Information on the status of the business
- Team ideas and suggestions
- Involved with General Manger in hiring of support staff and on the job training
- Candidate must be process driven and detail oriented
- Prior experience in kitchen and home remodeling preferred
- Experience scheduling complex projects, multiple projects, and managing Gantt Charts preferred
- Performs any other duties as required.
- Job is based in Grand Rapids, MI with some job sites requiring travel an hour or so away

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS outlook & Excel
- Must have a valid driver's license

Salary based on experience and ability. Bonus opportunities available based on performance.
