Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about their insurance options.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Support and participate in local community events in partnership with the agent.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.

Qualifications:
- Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
- Passion for marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensación: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
