Hey, I'm Jack from State Farm, not Jake. I am looking for 1 very special person. This person would have one of two very specific skill sets. First, an experienced State Farm Team Member who wants to work remote anywhere in the US or in person in Phoenix. Second, to work here in Phoenix in person, a very smart and kind person who has the ambition of being a State Farm agent themselves. Responsibilities
- Build trust with community members and earn business through friendly and educational conversations.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Make reasonable recommendations that will help customers build a strong financial future for themselves and their families.

Requirements
- Sales experience required (State Farm Agent's office experience preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Knowledge of life products
- Knowledge of health products
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 60 days, you got this)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days, we believe in you)
- SIE, Series 6 and 63 (must be able to obtain within first year)
- Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
- Position may require irregular working hours (but really it's 8:30-5:30 M-F but very rarely we ask if you want to work an event)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
