You'll be trained to:
  • Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes
  • Use apps to take pictures, type notes, provide quotes, and collect payment from customers
  • Provide excellent customer service that results in repeat customers
  • Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and organized

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to use apps on a company phone or tablet
  • Work one Saturday per month
  • Arrive at the shop at 7:30am (dispatching from home is available some days)
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
