ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service representative with Rob Johnson State Farm, you will deliver outstanding support that strengthens the trust and satisfaction of our valued clients. Your attention to detail, empathy, and commitment to helping people will make you an excellent fit. In this role, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries, assisting with policy-related needs, coordinating with agency team members, and ensuring the community members you serve receive timely and accurate assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear policy information.
  • Assist customers with updating and managing their insurance policies.
  • Support customers through the claims process, including follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
