The F45 Sales Associate assists in running all “front of house” studio operations in our Northern Liberties location. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and proven sales experience.
The Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to sales performance/goals/quotas for the fitness studio, including membership offerings, membership renewals, retail and referrals.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
•Establish and maintain an effective referral program
•Maintain accurate records using MindBody and LoyalSnap systems
•Conduct phone lead inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
•Lead studio previews with new clients/members
•Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance
•Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist( pre/during/post ) shift activities
•Establish strong relationships with F45 members, corporate and local businesses
•Participate in a minimum of 2 F45 classes per week
•Maintain an organized and clean reception/locker room areas
•Process accurate membership/retail transactions
•Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
•Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
•Proper on-boarding all clients
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Excellent customer service skills
•Minimum 1-year sales experience required (preferably boutique fitness)
•Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
•Positive and detail-oriented
•Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
•Solid verbal and written communication skills required
•Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully performed duties
•Must have worked in a quota bearing structure
•Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
•High school diploma required
•Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills
•Flexible to work early mornings, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
