Service Advisor Responsibilities

Work with customers to schedule service work, advise customers on additional services needs or recommended estimate cost of repairs and time frame needed
Communicate between customer and techs on customer concerns and time frames
Quickly and efficiently process estimates for technician recommended repairs
Quickly and efficiently shop various vendors for the best value parts
Quickly and accurately receive parts and dispatch work to best qualified technician for specific job

Service Advisor Qualifications

1 year of relevant experience preferred
Detail oriented with the ability to process all paperwork quickly and cleanly
Prior Parts experience a plus
DealerTrack experience a big plus.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clean driving record.
Ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
